How to Cure Acne by Changing the Way I Think?

A couple of months ago I finished reading "The Power" and have been watching "the secret" every weekend for months and this has really made me think that if you can trick your mind! Like if believe that you don’t have cancer(when you do) you can actually end up curing your cancer! Y If you can actually cure cancer, then how can i use the power for the benefit of my acne and completely eliminate it!! I am so curious about this and it would mean a lot to me if you answer, i will do anything! Please respond XOXO

You can maybe reduce it by lowering your stress levels, but not much else.

Don't you think the whole 'curing cancer with your mind' thing would have been a bit more publicized if it actually worked?
It is great to be empowered and want to change your life, but I don't think it can be applied to things like this.
Correlation does not imply causation, so unless there is a definitive medical study, then I don't think I believe that changing your thoughts can cure physical illnesses.
