ACNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Omg. Please help me. I just got an acne today and I think it's because I ate too much junk food or something or I used a cucumber melon lotion on my face. So, how can I stop this horrible acne because I'm really stressing out and my school starts next week and I don't want to go to school with my face looking this!!!!!

1. clean your face with clean and clear or some kind of face scrub that will get in the pours of your skin and clean them out. Just relax. Stress is one of the leading causes of acne.

Do you know how bad it was for me the past few years. It was bad enough that I had a really hard time looking people in the eye. thank God I've finally got it under control...
Just a hint though, from experience. The more you stress yourself over it, the worse it may become. Stress often increases acne. It can lead to a vicious circle the more you stress out over your acne.
3. Calm down. Look up some cool video's on youtube with quick & easy tutorials. I have acne too. One thing i can say is do not use pro-active. Huge rip-off and it acutely made my skin worse and more agitated. Calm down & let your stress out. Good luck.
4. Well i REALLY recommend putting a slice of lime
since it has citrus it eliminates the dryness and it refreshes you :D

i actually tried tomatoe and salt on my face ;D same results
but i recomend citrus fruits ;D

6. Don't worry, you can treat all of your acne in under a week :).
There is no scientific evidence that food causes spots - it's usually hormones and stress, it was probably the lotion you used on your face.
Ensure that you wash your face twice a day and i would recommend on purchasing a treatment cream that reduces the appearance of spots that have already formed - for a cheaper alternative you can use sudocream or toothpaste

7. It is important to understand that many medications simply mask the problem rather than getting to the underlying cause.
Acne could be an indication that your bowels and kidneys are overloaded with toxins. It is better to look at the deeper underlying cause so you can try and obtain a long lasting solution.

8. wash your face every few hours with an oil-free soap.
also buy an aloe plant leaf (available at most food markets)
first cut off the small thorn like part of the leaf (borders). cut the leaf in half and pass it through your face. it produces a transparent jelly-like substance, that is what you are interested in. let it dry and remove a few hours later.
The aloe plant is really good for this. Personally, I use it everytime I have a breakout and it works really fast. it works better if you let it on a whole day and repeat the procedure until it is completely healed. try it out, I garantee it will work, plus it is very affordable.
9. try to keep your hair out of your face, and keep things like pillow cases, sheets, and clothes clean. not eating a lot of junk food would't hurt either

One of those may be causing your acne, plus for the most part you cannot just make acne disappear.
11. Step One: Chill! deep breaths. take a relaxing bath.
Step two: wash your face with a cleanser that's MEANT for your face that contains salicylic acid in it.
Step three: if your skin is oily, apply toner, then apply moisturizer that's hypoallergenic. (neutrogena sells one for sensitive skin) if your skin is dry/normal, just apply moisturizer.
Step four: apply a spot treatment. i like burt's bees acne solutions targeted spot treatment. but any will do. or, if you don't want to spend the money, use toothpaste.

12. use honey and lemon,mix them together then put in the microwave for 10 seconds..keep on your face for 40minutes then wash off with warm water..and splash your face with ice cold water after it`s all off to close your pores and also do not put toothpast on your face it will make your face even more red and your acne will spread.., Ashley<3(((hopes this helps)))
