1. No, baby acne is something different. You have acne because you're a teenager. That's all.
2. No, it is not the "cause" of it, but if you have sensitive skin, you will always be more prone to breakouts and irritation.
14 is a typical age for acne to flare up because hormones are stimulating oil production in your glands. You may also notice oilier hair. Keeping the skin balanced is key. Do not use harsh drying products on the skin because this will tell the skin that it needs to produce even more oil to hydrate itself. Instead, use a natural skin healer like Aloe Vera (pure, no additives) as a night treatment. In the morning, wash with a gentle cleanser and apply an oil-free moisturizer. If you notice you are oily mid-day, splash your face with water to remove the oil. I did this during my teen years and my acne significantly improved. I have also recommended this routine to others your age who have had great results. Be consistent and be gentle! It will get better.
3. There's no such thing as baby acne. As a baby, you may have had allergies that broke your face out. Please see a dermatologist for a professional diagnosis. There are no doctors here.
