How to get rid of acne and acne scarS?

I have acne but also ALOT of acne scars. I've tried using lemons but it ends up burning my face. I am currently using e-sil scar therapy solution for my scars and a acne cream for my acne. Any tips to get rid of my acne and acne scars?(home remedies,products,etc)

1. I've had terrible acne and still do.

I went do the doctor and got a prescription to help my acne. I would take 2 pils, one in the morning and one before I went to sleep. They helped me out while I used them.

But for the scars, I don't know of anything that can help. I have them too, and i'm also finding a way to rid them

2. I have had acne for 3 years and this year it got absolutely horrible! I've tried products from Neutrogena to clean and clear and nothing I tried home remedies and nothing. The. I tried oxymom on mi awful painful acne and it worked.. I saw results in in just a week its pretty cheap u can find it at any drugstore or like WalMart I hav no more acne and I started using this in January try it. It works u need to get the face wash.cleansing pad..and the moisturizer use it everyday I only used it once a day but its good to do it twice..try it please it worked for me and I hope it works on me

3. neosporin or other antibiotics. sounds crazy but it works greatt! just put a think layer on your scars and zits before bed and wahlaaaaaa. you'll notice results in like 3 days(:
