1. did u press a glass against it making sure its no serious? if the is fine could it be a we heat rash ? i would take baby to doc x

2. Eczema is more likely than acne. Or it could just be heat rash, or a mild allergy to washing powder / fabric softener, baby bath, etc. Probably worth asking your doctor to have a look; it will take a few minutes and will put your mind at rest.

3. My son developed a rash that looked like little pimples on his skin when he was a week old, maybe two. After some experimentation I determined that he was having some kind of reaction to the stuffing in a cute baby quilt that someone gave us as a gift. I got rid of all fabric that wasn't simple cotton, especially polyesters, and the rash went away on its own.

After that I decided that simple things were best until he was older. Only cotton blankets and clothes washed with simple unscented laundry detergents. Everything turned out just fine. He's 27 now and doing fine. Polyester no longer gives him trouble but he still prefers cotton or silk clothing.

4. Baby acne is generally found on a baby's face. Bumps around her legs sounds more like a rash. If it's red and angry looking or seems to make her fussy, I would take her to the pediatrician, but if it's just bumps and she doesn't seem bothered by it, then maybe see if a change in fabrics/detergents/baby wash doesn't help it clear up.

5. sorry, can't spell it but take the baby to a doctor. She may have allergies. A friend's newborn was allergic to gluten and milk.
She's now two and is still having allergy problems.

6. Don't care. When the baby grow up, the acne will disapear. If u are afraid, u can take the baby to a doctor.
