How much vitamin A to CURE acne?

I know that vitamin A cures acne because it has been proven and I know you have to take large amounts that are unsafe but I want to know how much will cure acne. I don't want to hear about how it's unsafe. I also know that accutane is a form of vitamin A so vitamin A works to cure acne. I have heard that you have to take as much as 200,000 IU of to cure acne but has anyone cured their acne with it and how much did they take a day?

1. Accutane is the best medicine there is for acne, as far as i know, it definitely cured mine. it took me about 3 yrs, but you should see a dermatologist first to tell you what the right dose is.

2. You absolutely must not get pregnant if you do the vitamin A treatment. It is certain to cause birth defects to the fetus, that, and the fact that doctors make money from accutane is why this is a well kept secret. You must not drink any alcohol. Avoid milk.
I have a copy of a study from 1948 that shows that it works.
You take about 5,000 IU of vit A for every 10 kilos of body weight up to a maximum of 70 kilos,(150 LB) a bit less rather than a bit more. So, that is for Americans, 5,000IU for every 22LB, so if you weigh 110LB, you need to take 25,000IU every day, you need to divide it into 4 amounts and ONLY take it with meals. Don't snack at all in between. One lot before bed with a meal. Make sure your meals have a lot of fat in them. Eggs and bacon are great. You need to do this for 90 days.
Accutane is Retinoic Acid cis 13. One little part out of the 350 parts of vitamin A. But you only need one tablet per day. You still MUST NOT get pregnant or drink alcohol. Does it work? The only research I have found says yes (I was blessed with freckles, but no zits) but it was 1948. There are people testing to see if vitamin D in mega amounts would work, much less harmful.
