Baby has some little acne bumps on his chest?

My son is just shy of 4 months and never had any kind of baby acne. Now he's breaking out on his chest of all places. Do I leave it alone, like I would facial baby acne? Or is this something I should be getting some kind of cream for?

1. Could it be something else like chickenpox? There's also the cold sore virus which can produce a rash of pimples on a baby's torso. I would take him to the doctor.

2. Definitely take him to the doctor. If it's nothing, it's nothing, but if it is something you don't want to gamble with your child's health.

3. Is he teething? Lot's of drool? Sweat can cause it, too. My little guy had it during the summer. Went away on it's own.

4. Did a little research on my favorite parenting website- http://www.babycenter.com/0_baby-acne_72.bc and apparently it's not unusual for acne to appear on the chest or back. You could always take him to the doc just to be sure, but if it seems minimal I would just leave it be.
