Is blood cleansing effective as acne cure?

I had severe acne since 2 years now. I have tried so many medications but sadly for me it just won’t go away. Recently I received information from a friend that blood cleansing and liver detoxification could possibly be used as an acne cure. Has anyone done this successfully to cure acne? Any successful story on this or any successful story on how did you cure your severe acne would be much appreciated.

2. I have also had severe acne for two years, and recently I'm leaning towards natural products to treat it. I'm going to do a colon cleanse, where you clean out your colon because there is plaque in your colon that is causing toxicity in your body. Secondly, I'm going to do a liver detox, to clean my liver so it can filter blood properly. And third I'm going to take HCI which is hydrochloric acid to insure my food is digested properly, as well as probiotics (acidophilus) to ensure colon health, and digestive enzymes as well. After all this is done, I follow a strict diet, eliminating saturated fat, dairy, grains, its basicly as low glycemic index diet full of fruits and vegetables.
