How can you tell the difference between ezcema and baby acne?

1. Baby acne has comedones and is not itchy, ezcema does not have comedones (white heads), is usually red, raised and rough and very itchy.

2. Eczema dosent even look like pimples and usually its not on your face. baby acne is on the face. its probably best not to worry about it if its an infant.
Just wait till they're older and take care of it then. =)

3. Eczema is red, patchy, and really really itchy. Baby acne is not itchy and basically looks like a mild form of adult acne.
