Can early pregnancy cause baby acne in brestfed older infant?

My son is 9 months old, and Just this week he started getting little pimples randomly on his face. I'm also about a week late for my period.. I'm wondering if early pregnancy could be causing his acne?
Yes he is teething, and he has worn sunscreen over the weekend. I was going crazy, so I went and bought a pregnancy test, and it was BFN. Thanks Everybody!

1. It's possible that you are passing hormones through to your son. If they are on the lower part of his chin or cheeks, he may also be causing it. Is he teething? My kids drooled a lot when they were teething, and it caused acne...
Nice thing is, you can get rid of it by putting Johnson's diaper rash ointment on the pimples...it clears them up fast!

3. I'm just wondering if he has had sunscreen on his face recently. Sometimes that will cause the pimples and now that it is closer to summer that came to mind.
