Did anyone have really bad baby acne?

I think my daughter has baby acne. It's not just a few bumps, its a lot of really red bumps all over her face. It probably bothers me more than her, but it just looks so uncomfortable. Anyone else's newborn have this?

1. my son had it bad for about 2 months i had to put off pictures for a month because it wasn't gone yet..but it went awayand he is fine now

2. It could be eczema, as well.

3. My son had the acne.I asked my pediatrician if there was anything I can do. She said it wil go away. Sure enough it did go away. No worries, Good luck.

4. Yup! My son had it until he was about 2 months old. It'll go away and it doesn't bother them. It might start again when you start giving her baby food. Totally normal, though.
