Is baby acne caused by hormones or something nursing mum eats?

Any formula feeders out there with a baby with acne...???

1. I think breastfed babies are more prone to it. Just wipe his/her face off after each feeding and keep well moisturized.
My daughter had pretty bad acne, breastfed 14 months. It cleared up after 5-6 months.

2. hormones, and breastfed babies do get exposed to more hormones since mom is going through changes, but also keep baby cool and clean, sometimes it's just sweat bumps.

3. my son had acne VERY bad and he was bottle fed. My dr. told me it from the hormones he got from me when i was preg. with him
