How do you get rid of Baby Acne?

My baby is 2 1/2 weeks old. And had a few white pimples on his face. Within the last few days his acne has gotten REALLY bad. its not the white pimples that have gotten real bad but the bumps on his forehead, and a little bit on his cheeks, even on his eyelids.
HELP! How do I get rid of this for my little one??

1. Just wash gently with a mild baby soap and water and pat dry at least once a day.

2. Baby acne will go away over the next month or so. My son's went away around a month and a half. If you think it is something more than that you may want to call your pediatrician.

3. There isn't anything you need to do. It will go away on its on. Probably in a month itll be gone. Just wash with water. I wouldn't use any soap as that will dry out your babies skin.

4. if you are breastfeeding, express a little milk and rub on the poor baby's acne. helps tremendously, but more will still come out tho, since it is caused by maternal hormones working out of your LO's system.
