How do u get rid of baby acne?

My 4 week old son has baby acne how do u get rid of it

1. It clears up on its own, usually by 9ish weeks. Its all part of their body trying to get used to itself. Given how sensative baby skin is, its not a good idea trying to pop or press them, or to use any kind of chemical skin wash product.

2. It'll clear by itself. You can try washing with water, but it doesn't really matter. It's not like teenager acne, I promise, and your little angel's face will be smooth and clear before you know it!
