1. There are many ways, these are the ways I know:

- Get more Vitamin C in your body. So drinking lemonade everyday would help.
- Don't eat fried stuff.
- Get at least 10 hours of sleep every day. Lack of sleep will increase your stress hormones, which causes acne.
- Don't feel stressed, just cool your body out.
- Eat more nuts and dried grapes.

2. Good luck in finding a cure. There eat all natural foods. No sodas or candy or any sweets.

3. Lemon juice is spectacular!
It's best organic, but, if you can't find it, pure LJ is just as good.

You just put it on your skin, then wash it off minutes later. It gives your skin a healthy glow also.

If want to exfoliate, dip a cotton ball into LJ then put some brown sugar on it, and rub over your face, it's gentle and all natural, plus, cheap!

4. This is so weird, but toothpaste is awesome for acne. I wash my face before bed and use the toothpaste like you would an acne cream on acne affected areas. Worked like a charm for me.

5. It really depends on the cause of your acne: by what you're decribing, it seems to be caused by your product. The 2 major "acne-fighting" chemicals used in commercial facial cleansers are benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, which I know were irritating on my skin. Or it might also be a reaction to another ingredient, maybe the fragrance or the preservatives (parabens, which are known toxins).
Another root cause of acne can be emotional, or it can be hormonal (as in your hormones are fluctuating a lot, so it makes your oil-producing grands over-react and plug up. Yeah, gross, I know) And finally, it could be dietary. You might have an intolerance to a food (most commonly dairy and wheat, I believe), and you're consuming so much of it, your body can't process it all out by your digestive systen and those toxins "come out" on your skin.

Good luck, make sure you read my sources!

6. First of all my dermatologist says it doesn't matter what you eat. Try cinnamon and honey and wash it off with warm water about 15-20 min later. Or if you go to Whole Foods they have a spot treatment that works well. Its called Acnedote. They have a whole line of natural products that you could try but they are kind of expensive.

7. The Oil Cleansing Method
What you will need:
Warm Water
Cold Water
Clean Towels
Castor Oil
Olive Oil

The first thing you need to do is to wash your face gently to remove excess dirt and oils from the surface.

You will then need to warm a clean towel in warm water and apply it to your face for 3 minutes. Do the same thing with the cold water but this time for one minute.

Carry out both the warm water and cold water procedure about 3 times but always finish with cold and then pat dry with another clean towel.

Next mix a small amount of castor oil with a small amount of olive oil. A 50/50 ratio will do just fine. Apply the mixture to your skin and let it stay there for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and you are good to go.

8. Make it by yourself. I know the recipe of it call "SUPER NATURAL SOLUTIONS" in the source below...
