How long does baby acne last?

Hi! My son is two weeks old and has baby acne. I know there is no set time to how long it will last. I am wondering if anyone would share their experiences as to how long their child's lasted?

1. I was always told that it was "milk bumps: from where my son and daughter were breastfeeding and the milk leaked out of thier mouths. My kids usually cleared up in a few days. I just washed thier faces with warm water and it seemed to help. Good Luck

2. It can last anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks. Do not try to 'pop' them. Just wash with a damp wash cloth with a mild or no soap.
