1. you can't... if you want to really cure acne then check out accutane... i had bad acne growing up, used a million crappy products that did nothing, tried accutane, my skin got real dry and red and my lips pealed bad while i was on it (gotta be on it for 6 months) but it's really the only thing that truly works for chronic acne... oh and don't listen to these morons telling you about "gentle scrubs and moisturizers" i guarantee they've never suffered from serious acne. i'm telling you accutane, it's a pain for the 6 months your on it but you wont regret it... you get what you pay for! there's no easy cure for acne.. but hey, at least it's not cancer! :) oh and btw i'm not trying to sell accutane, i just know that it works from personal experience.. insurance might cover it, not sure

2. Using appropriate face wash and moisturizer for your skin type and make sure it is gentle. Getting exercise and making sure to wash your face right after as sweating will clean pores out some. If you do not wash your face right away the dirt and stuff will absorb back in and cause more acne. Eating healthy and taking care of yourself. I am unsure of your age, but if you smoke marijuana it has been linked to acne. Doing these things will help a lot, and as you age it should get better.

3. Rub your face with a wet towel and soap (remember to wash all the soap off with water) on a daily basis and avoid eating too much fat and sugar. Don't pop the zits - if you do they spread.
That should do the trick and cost ya' nothing.
Exposure to sunlight is highly recommended.

6. u cant cure them with small amount of spending if they are really bad like mines.. i use accutane. and it's going pretty goood till now.
here is some ways to can try to reduce the chance of getting acne:
1. drink lots of water
2. eat less chocolate, more fruits
3. less fried food
4. wash face constantly
5. boil some water and then put your face on top of the hot steam then wash with cold water ( this one helps)
6. use some yogurt on the face, then leave until it's dry, then rub to remove.
