3. I don't know if you can clear it up that quickly. My daughter has stage 2 acne and it took several weeks for her complexion to clear up. This was after a visit to a dermatologist, prescription medication, and prescription creams and facewashes. Still, she does get a blemish from time to time but it's not as bad as she would get if she weren't doing anything.
