1. use beer sediment try www.thebrewersbest.com for informational ads

2. Try lavender oil. Apply this oil on the back acne everyday for minimum 15 days or else apply fresh Aloe vera juice or the gel and wash after a few hours. When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day whether you exercise or not to avoid bacteria buildup that can further aggravate your acne.Check out http://usefulinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

3. when i had too much acne on my face my Dr. suggested me
TRICLOSAN SOAP to wash the face 3 times a day and
RETIN A CREAM 0.025 (only on the acne and wash off after 1hr)

The cream feel the skin and open the acne. it should not be used during pregnancy n lactation.
I could get rid off acne with this but it let my skin dry. don't use too much thinking that it will cure you faster.

4. Acne is a red, irritating skin rash primarily affecting teenagers and young adults. It can, however, occur at all ages. Typical acne appears in the oil-producing areas of the body-namely, the face, chest, and back. Acne can also occur on the neck and upper arms. You can cure your acne easily without spending much money. If you suffer from acne, it can be controlled and sooner or later cured without spending tons of money on drugs. Acne is very easy to control and with drugless, all natural methods at that. You simply need to be shown how. This site will provide your acne solutions: http://tips3.acne7dayscure.info

5. don't spend a lot of money on products, most of which don't work. keep your face and back very clean. drink plenty of water (that really does help), and talk to your doctor about it. that is the person you should listen to, and the person who can give you the best advice.

6. Ok, I recently found something that works amazing for me but something I have realized is that everyone has differnt skin types! So this may or may not work for you. I tried everything from acne medication to natural remedies such as aloe and oatmeal face masks and none of them worked! This is my secret: Wash your face twice a day with some sort of acne treatment or facial wash (morning and night) In your daily shower take a washcloth or rough (but not too rough) sponge, get the shower super hot and steamy until your pores open and scrub your face with face wash to clean out your pores. NOW this is what has helped me a ton! After showering get a Qtip and dip it in desitin (diaper rash ointment, i know it sounds funny but works and its cheap!) and apply evenly on your pimples. I let it soak in for 20 minutes or so then wash off with water. Remember: dont wash your face too much because then it will dry up and that can cause acne also. I hope this works for you! Drink lots of water and stay healthy! Thanks for reading and remember your not the only one with skin issues.. :)

7. Don't waste money buying a lot of over the counter and prescription products. I tried several and they seemed to help for awhile but then the acne came back worse than ever. I think the medicines are all scams.

8. Try to sweat for a few minutes 3 times a week, then rinse off the sweat immediately. Drink plenty of water, and try not to wear overly tight clothing. There are also full body acne treatments that you can do for free. The article is my source.

9. www.acne.org

I go there, and you can get reviews from hundreds and thousands of fellow acne sufferers (like me).

My acne has gotten SO MUCH BETTTERRRRR!!!!! because I went to that site and found out the magic of egg white/lemon juice masks, aspirin masks, etc. They have discussion boards, reviews for homemade recipes (like lemons) and also reviews for brand name products like Pro Active, Acne Free, Clean and Clear, etc.

Go there, try it! I'm endorsing it, but only because I want other acne sufferers to stop their sufferings!

I KNOW acne is such a hassle. It lowers your self confidence. People would be like, everyone has acne, who cares?!

The answer: I DO!!!!!!!!!!!!

So just go there. :D

10. Keep hair off of your face if at all possible. If you want to keep your bangs, then consider taking showers regularly or keeping your forehead clean with oil-dabbing cloths / clean tissues / etc.

Get good sleep. Stress increases your skin's oiliness, which, combined with sweat and dirt, can clog pores and cause pimples. (Change your pillowcase frequently.)

Acne medications may cause your skin to initially break out worse than before because all FDA-approved acne medications (benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and sulfur) are causing your skin to regenerate faster. This brings existing acne pimples already under your skin (but not visible yet) to the surface, which in turn causes a massive but fortunately temporary break out. Give the medications time to work -- about one to two weeks -- and you will notice a big difference in the quality of your skin.

See a dermatologist if over the counter remedies does not work. They specialize in skin care and can prescribe you medicines that help you improve it.

Drink plenty of water. Staying well hydrated can help your condition improve, because the "waste management" control system in your body requires a lot of water to do its job. Without enough water, the body has difficulty removing some waste products efficiently.

Bye...
