does clinique products cure acne ? i mean does their products work better ?

i am confused of using products , actually i don't know which products to use because i find many , i tend to buy different kind of products but seems like even one product is not so effective , so i am planning to use products which can really cure my acne and which can be used for further ...
i need
cleanser
tonner
and a moisturizer
because i have few blemishes , acne , and few open pores. please help me friends.
