can an overdose of vitamins cause acne? ive been taking hair skin & nail pills for about 2 months and i've been breaking out like crazy mostly on my chin and around my mouth. can the hair skin & nail pills be whats causing me to breakout?

Does prenatal vitamins cause acne? So.. I've never had acne in my whole life and i have pretty good skin.. I'm not pregnant so i know its not my hormones.. Best acne vitamins.? I have acne on my forehead only which is also oily. I've been on accutane 3 different times and it has helped some, my acne is not as bad as it used to be, but I still have breakouts on my forhead. Taking Vitamins for Acne? I need feedback from people that have actually tried vitamin regiments for acne. If you haven't, then please do not bother with telling me other ways like pro-activ (was on it for 2 years). Keep in mind that what may work for you....doesn't for others. Vitamins, and Acne.? I have been reading about vitamins for acne for a while. Currently I use Cetaphil soap and Clearasil scrub, the clearasil I can tell doesnt do a dam thing. I started taking 100mg of zinc a day a couple weeks ago, and I have been taking fish oil for a while. What other vitamins would help me with my pimples. Can multi-vitamins cause acne? I am 24 years old and I have seriously never had acne. At all. And I loved it. About a month ago I started getting breakouts one my cheeks and forhead. A few things in my life changed about a month ago. I signed up at a gym so now im working out everyday. Can taking regular multi-vitamins help acne? I'm 15 and recently started breaking out. It's possible it's because I just got my period, but it's a lot worse than it ever has been. I am washing my face very efficiently and religiously, and applying my spot treatment at appropriate times as advised on the bottle. I also drink the proper amount of water than should be consumed during the day. The bad acne has persisted for two weeks. I don't know what to do about it. DO ANY OF THESE HOME REMEDIES WORK FOR ACNE? Toothpaste is an acne home remedy used to reduce a swollen pimple. Apply toothpaste on pimple and leave over night. Use paste, not the gel type. Make an egg white mask. Egg whites will remove acne, and give you a beautiful look to your face. Egg whites tighten the face, and skin pores. Take an egg, crack it open. In a small dish, poor the egg white(no yolk at all). Then take a few drops of lemon juice and add it to the egg white. Then buy some vitamin E oil. Vitamin E oil is very healthy for the skin. It protects the skin, heals the skin naturally. Vitamin E oil will remove acne scars even. Apply a few drops to the egg white, and mix well. Then get a cotton ball, and apply it all over your face.
